With more than five years of hands-on experience in the world of baking and pastry, I've had the privilege of creating all sorts of sweet delights. My journey started with a simple love for making mouthwatering desserts and bread that would leave you craving more. Over time, I've become a bit of a baking enthusiast, perfecting everything from fluffy cakes to melt-in-your-mouth cookies.
In addition to my time in the kitchen, I also earned an ABC Level 2 pastry chef qualification along the way. It was a pretty cool experience that helped me grasp the science behind all those delicious treats. Combining my practical know-how and a bit of formal training, I've got a knack for whipping up desserts that not only taste amazing but also look pretty darn good. So, whether it's crafting a rustic loaf of bread or creating fancy pastries, I'm always excited to bring a little sweetness into the world, one bite at a time.
